New 12 Week Course – Limited Spaces Available
Our latest 12 week course at Easter Road Stadium has begun but there is still time and a few spaces for anyone wishing to join the course. Sessions run on Tuesday evening’s in the stadium’s West Stand from 6pm.
This popular course is a great opportunity for men who want to look after themselves and improve their social connections and overall wellbeing to come into the football environment at Easter Road Stadium and be part of a team that encourages better mental health. Football is central to all that goes on within The Changing Room with activities including a Stadium Tour, Walking Football, a motivational guest speaker from Hibernian FC, pitchside walks and more. All sessions are designed to be enjoyable for participants to ensure the programme has a lasting, positive impact on the men who participate.

Upcoming drop-in sessions
The Changing Room offers welcoming drop-in sessions every second Monday. This is an opportunity to meet fans and relax in the heart of Hibernian Football Club. You’ll be able to discuss the weekend’s football, guy stuff and mental health and wellbeing. These sessions are a great chance to unwind and take some time for yourself at the start of the week. You’ll meet with volunteers who have been a part of The Changing Room from the very beginning and will be happy to talk Hibs, football or mental health with you. There’s no judgment at The Changing Room and the project promises to treat all guys who come along with respect.
Upcoming drop-in sessions: Monday 4th March, Monday 18th March, Monday 1st April, Monday 15th April.
These sessions start at 6pm and usually last for 90 minutes. Entry to the stadium can be accessed at the West Stand main reception, where someone will be there to meet you. For more information on The Changing Room’s drop-in sessions, please contact email@example.com or 07966 121146.
The Changing Room’s ‘Team Talks’ are mental health awareness sessions that aim to tackle misconceptions and stigma, while kicking-off positive conversations about mental health and wellbeing. Team Talks provide an opportunity to learn about mental health and presents a challenge to the typical attitudes held within Scottish culture. These informative, thought-provoking sessions are open to all and if you are interested in finding out more or would like to book a Team Talk session for a group or organisation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07966 121146.
